How to Shop at PETSR4U.COM
Finding and Adding Products to your Shopping Cart
It's easy to browse our product catalog and purchase items at PETSR4U.COM!
If you know what item you're looking for and would like to jump to it directly, you can type search keywords into our search box in the upper right hand corner of every page and then click on the arrow.
Not sure what you'd like?
Browsing the store is equally easy. To see what product categories we have for fish, as an example, click on "Fish" at the top of our home page. The resulting page will include a list of all the products we carry for fish. Clicking on the "Aquariums/Hoods/Bowls" section will lead to a list of products that includes fish bowls. You can click on the product photo or icon to enlarge product. Or click on the add to pet's cart to add the item to your cart (you won't have purchased the item until you check out).
You will be shown the current contents of your cart each time you add an item. Each time you'll have the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Checkout
Purchasing items you have placed in your shopping cart is a four-step process: Reviewing your Cart, Recalculate, Order Checkout, Proceed With Checkout Confirming ,Print This Page For Your Receipt.
Step 1: Reviewing your Cart
When you're ready to complete your purchase, click on "View My Pet's Cart" in the upper right corner of any page. You will get a list of the products you have already put in your cart. At this point you can adjust the quantities of any item by entering a new quantity in the "QTY" box and then pressing the "Recalculate" button to the right.
When you have finished verified the number of items you have ordered, click on the "Order Checkout" button in the upper right section of the page.
Step 2: Register Your Shipping Address
You will now see a Registration page. Please enter in all the info you are asked for. If shipping address is the same please check the box.
Shoppers:
If this is your first time shopping at PETSR4U.COM, you will now get a page asking you for your billing and shipping address. Fill out the requested information. At the bottom of the page you will find a payment method selection box from which you may choose various credit cards. When you select a credit card option, enter your card number and expiration date in the appropriate boxes. Be sure to enter number only, with no spaces or hyphens, and click on the "Proceed With Checkout" button on the bottom of the page. Note that you can "check the box" to have your shipping address automatically filled in with your billing address. Confirm your information on the confirmation page and then click on "Proceed to Checkout" for your final ordering step. (If you are wanting to pay buy money order the product will not be shipped till receipt of payment)
Step 3: Final Checkout
This page allows you to review your order, including the items you have purchased and the relevant shipping and taxes associated with your order. If all is correct click on secure order button.
Step 4: Your Receipt
If you pay by credit card, the next page will be your receipt. Print it out or save the page, and return to PETSR4U.COM by clicking here to continue.

Payment
We accept U.S. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We do accept money orders, your bank debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo is also acceptable for payment. Your card will be charged
when you placed the order to protect us from Fraud. Sorry, but we do not ship orders first and bill later—all orders must be paid for prior to shipping. Also if your has been processed and in transit the order will not be terminated once it is on a carrier to your home or business.

There's no sales tax for orders delivered outside the state of South Carolina. South Carolina law requires us to charge 5 % sales tax on all orders delivered within the state.

Returns and Cancellations
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience at PETSR4U If you aren't happy with something you purchased, please return it. ( If product is what you ordered you will be charged the shipping fee plus 25% restocking fee, However if it was our mistake we will gladly give you a 100% refund plus shipping)
If a Item was already ordered with a manufacture there will be a
25% restocking fee, since we will be charged the fee also.
(If you reorder the same item within two weeks we will give you the
25% back toward your purchase. This is if it was with a MFG and not
already shipped only) We do not refund on any special orders with large quantity's such as over 25 items of the same.
You may receive a full refund of the purchase price when an item is returned: ( If product is what you ordered you will be charged the shipping fee plus 25% restocking fee, However if it was our mistake we will gladly give you a 100% refund plus shipping) in its original condition (including unopened food packages), and
within 30 days of receiving your order.
if the item is over 30 days please contact the vendor for there warranty instructions.
If your shipment arrives damaged please report it to petsr4u
within 48 hours. You must also report any damaged shipments to
the carrier within 15 days. All
common carriers require that you follow this procedure. If this
procedure is not followed the carrier will not pay for the damaged
shipment. If the carrier is notified within 15 days and the claim is
denied because of improper shipping, we will replace or refund your
money including shipping. We will not issue a
refund for any damaged product or shipping charges for that product
if both of these procedures have not been followed. It is not
our responsibility to notify you of this policy as it is stated in
our return process on our website. We ship every package with
insurance in case the item becomes damaged in shipment. When
the procedure is followed correctly the carrier will pay for any
damage incurred in shipment and your item will be replaced.
We refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you decide that the product was a mistake on your part the items shipment must be paid by you to send it back. All FREE shipped products will be your sole responsibility to pay the freight back
You can cancel your order—before it is shipped—by emailing Customer Service at PETSR4U
If you are returning an item, please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip and include it in your return package. If you don't have your packing slip, please use a sheet of paper and write your order number on it as well.

For your protection against lost or stolen items, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipping.
Manufacture Warranties
If after you purchase a product you encounter a problem with it
during the manufacture warranty, you must contact the manufacture.
The manufacture honors your warranty. Be sure you register your
product warranty. We will not be responsible for problems with a
product that is cover by the manufacture warranty.
Shipping
We understand the need for you to receive your packages in a timely and orderly fashion. Most orders are shipped within 7 -
12 Days of receipt depending on item, however sometimes there may be
a short delay in shipping. All orders are shipped using UPS ground services unless otherwise requested by you. We offer 4 levels of shipping to addresses within the 48 Continental United states (UPS can not deliver to a P.O. Box):
UPS Ground Service - 3 to 7 business days
UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air - Next business day
(It is important to note here that upgrading your order to 3 day, 2nd day, or next day air does not mean that you will receive your package in three, two or one business days. Upgrading to one of these services does not change how long it takes us to process and package your orders, it only reduces the time in transit. However, we will and do do everything possible to process and ship these orders on the day of receipt.
For example, and order that takes us two days to process and is upgraded to 2nd Day Air will leave our warehouse on the 2nd business day and reach you on the 4th business day.)
Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of your order Calculated in checkout process. Items with this symbol next to the price will require actual freight charges according to weight and your zip code. For these items you will need to call our shipping department for actual shipping charges. Once the item is in transit we can not cancel the order.
All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped using United States Postal Service Priority Mail and charged at the standard rate plus $2.50 handling fee. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air are also available to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call our shipping department (1-864-335-9697) for these prices.
