
We understand the need for you to receive your packages in a timely and orderly fashion. Most orders are shipped within 7 - 12 Days of receipt depending on item, however sometimes there may be a short delay in shipping. All orders are shipped using UPS ground services unless otherwise requested by you. We offer 4 levels of shipping to addresses within the 48 Continental United states (UPS can not deliver to a P.O. Box): UPS Ground Service - 3 to 7 business days UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days UPS Next Day Air - Next business day (It is important to note here that upgrading your order to 3 day, 2nd day, or next day air does not mean that you will receive your package in three, two or one business days. Upgrading to one of these services does not change how long it takes us to process and package your orders, it only reduces the time in transit. However, we will and do do everything possible to process and ship these orders on the day of receipt.For example, and order that takes us two days to process and is upgraded to 2nd Day Air will leave our warehouse on the 2nd business day and reach you on the 4th business day.) Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of your order Calculated in checkout process. Items with this symbol next to the price will require actual freight charges according to weight and your zip code. For these items you will need to call our shipping department for actual shipping charges. Once the item is in transit we can not cancel the order.All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped using United States Postal Service Priority Mail and charged at the standard rate plus $2.50 handling fee. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air are also available to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call our shipping department (1-864-335-9697) for these prices. Restocking Fees and Cancellation Fees: Restocking fees are charged when an item has been shipped and you decide to cancel your order. Our vendors charge us a 25% restocking fee so we have to collect it from you aswell. You will be refunded for the purchase minus the shipping and 25% for the restocking fee. If a item is orderd and you recieve the exact product that you ordered and want to return it the same restocking fees apply. You will need to also pay for the shipping to return the item or items. Damages We put insurance on every package shipped. When you recieve a damaged product we need pictures emailed to us of the package and pictures of the product damage. Please email them to sales@petsr4u.com. If the product is not badly damaged we can offer a discount based on the damage. Not on broken items. Only Scratches and etc. UPS requires us to report the damage package withen 14days of you recieveing the package. If this is not recieved niether party will recieve credit for the damage. The damaged product and all packing materials must be kept untill UPS inspects the package. UPS will call you to make an appointment to do the inspection. If any of the above is not followed you will not recieve credit or a replacement of product. Please do not ship back the damaged item. If you do so you will be required to pay the shipping cost.
